A director is a person who handles the company and manages all operations of the company. According to section 162 of the Companies Act, 2013, the directors shall be appointed by electing in the general meeting. The individual election and the wishes of the shareholders will be taken into consideration for the appointment of the directors.

 

Section 168 of the Companies Act, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as CA, 2013) provides for the resignation of the director. A director may resign from his company by giving a notice in writing to the company and the board shall on receipt of such letter take note of the same

1. ONE PERSON COMPANY

A minimum of one director is required to run a One Person Company.

2. PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY

Minimum 2 directors is required for running a Private Limited Company.

3. PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY

Minimum 3 directors is required for running a Public Limited Company.

FILING OF FORM

After verification of documents our person will prepare the form and send it to the client for attach Digital Signature Certificate. After the form signed by Digital Signature Certificate He will file it at MCA.

FINAL APPROVAL

After filing the form person will generate an SRN for the form and will pay govt. fee for the same and updated master data will be downloaded and sent to the client.
