ABOUT SHARE TRANSFER
Share transfer or ownership transfer is a process in which one shareholder transfers their share to another shareholder. For the share transfer according to section 56 of the Companies Act, 2013 and sub-rule (1) of rule 11 of the Companies (Share Capital and Debentures) Rules 2014, the transferor must give an application to the company and than after in board meeting The Chairman informed to the Board that the Company has received (One) Share Transfer Form SH-4. Then all the Director of the Company be and is hereby severally authorized to authenticate endorsement on the Share Certificate in respect of the transfer of the aforesaid shares.
