CHANGE IN PARTNER

Partners is the person who handles the Limited Liability Partnership and manages all operations of the Limited Liability Partnership. As per Section 7 of LLP, 2008, every LLP shall have at least two Designated Partners who are individual and at least one of them shall be resident in India.

Resignation by a Partner requires a notice of resignation 30 days in advance of the intention by the Partner. Other Partners must accept the resignation, and all balances and debts must be settled as per agreement.

A minimum of 2 Designated Partners is required to run a LLP.

DOCUMENTS PREPARATION

One of the person from our team will prepare all the documents and supplementary agreement for the change in partner and sent it the client for a physical signature and  stamping & notary on agreement.

FILING OF FORM

After recieving signed documents & final agreement our person will prepare the form and send it to the client for attach Digital Signature Certificate. After the form signed by Digital Signature Certificate He will file it at MCA.

FINAL APPROVAL

After filing the form person will generate an SRN for the form and will pay govt. fee for the same and updated master data will be downloaded and sent to the client.
